Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All primiparas admitted to our hospital, and the documents, physical examination during pregnancy and delivery were implemented in our hospital, with complete clinical medical records; 2. Single pregnancy, no history of diabetes before gestation; 3. 75 g glucose tolerance test was performed at 24 ~ 28 weeks, and the diagnostic criteria of GDM were in line with the Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Diabetes mellitus (2014).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With other complications of pregnancy; 2. Patients with neurological history, visual, hearing and cognitive impairment.
