20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 75 years old; 2. Elective laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 3. BMI1 8 to 35; 4. ASA I~III; 5. Agree to receive ultrasound-guided quadratus lumbar nerve block and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and other basic diseases; 2. Patients with contraindications for nerve block; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment and unable to complete data collection; 4. Recent use of sedatives or analgesics; 5. Patients allergic to local anesthetics; 6. Patients with previous abdominal operation history or conversion to open surgery; 7. Preoperative long-term poor glycemic control / diabetic patients; 8. Patients with metabolic disorders associated with increased / decreased cortisol.
