Interventions

Group NB :Inject 20ml of 0.5% ropivacaine into the aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle + inject 20ml of 0.25% ropivacaine into the inguinal iliac fascia space
Control Group:Injection of 0.25% ropivacaine 20ml into the inguinal level iliac fascia space

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing elective hip replacement surgery in our hospital from December 2020 to February 2021; 2) Aged 40 to 75 years old; 3) ASA I to III level; 4) The subject voluntarily participates in the study and has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Evidence of severe cardiovascular, kidney, blood or liver disease; 2) Pre-existing history of psychological or mental illness; 3) History of dependence on painkillers; 4) Those who have contraindications to the regional block technique (allergy to local anesthetics, infection around the puncture site and coagulation disorders). 5) Communication difficulties.
