Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30 patients with DF will undergo elective free skin grafting combined with VSD, ASA grade II~III, aged 69 to 85 years, 18<BMI<30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient rejection, hypersensitivity to the amide local anesthetic used in the study, central and peripheral nervous system disorders, puncture site and peripheral infections, sepsis, coagulation abnormalities, and psychiatric disorders.
