Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) the proposed line of orthopedic ? for lower limb surgery and incision of patients; 2) aged 18 to 70 years old; 3) Male or female; 4) The patient agrees to participate in the trial and signs the informed consent; 5) Preoperative examination showed no thrombosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with systemic chronic wasting diseases such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes, and malignant tumors; 2) Patients with vasculogenic diseases or skin diseases such as vasculitis, varicose veins, deep venous thrombosis and psoriasis at the surgical site; 3) Patients with local or systemic infection; 4) Persons with scar constitution; 5) Long-term use of immunosuppressants, cytoinhibitors, hormone anticoagulants and other drugs; 6) Patients with previous surgical history in the surgical area; 7) Patients with connective tissue diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE); 8) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 9) those suffering from neuropsychiatric diseases and unable to cooperate with the treatment; 10) Abnormal coagulation function; 11) The presence of other diseases or conditions known to affect wound healing.
