Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for depression episode; 2. The total HAMD-17 scale score of depression patients >=17; 3. Children and adolescents aged 7 to 17 years, adults 18 to 50 years; 4. Obtained the informed consent from subjects or their legal guardians in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suicidal behavior; 2. Received electroconvulsive therapy in history; 3. Complicated with mental retardation; 4. Brain organic mental disorders; 5. Personality disorders; 6. Substance dependence or alcohol dependence; 7. Severe physical disease or physical disability.
