Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients in the group of brittle diabetes (BDM) met the diagnostic criteria of brittle diabetes in practical endocrinology (2nd edition) edited by Liu Xinmin, and the patients in the T2DM group met the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes in the Chinese guidelines for the Prevention and treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2013 Edition); 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. BMI=group 5.4 mmol/L; T2DM group SDBG<=3.0 mmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal organic diseases, abdominal surgery history; 2. During pregnancy or lactation; 3. In the dilatants, anti-diarrhea drugs, antispasmodic drugs, probiotics and antimicrobial agents in the 2 weeks; 4. metformin, acarbose and DPP-4 inhibitors were used for nearly 2 weeks.
