Inclusion criteria: Acute stroke patients with definite onset time;Acute occlusion of proximal middle cerebral artery and M1 segment;Acute internal carotid artery occlusion;

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging;Failure to cooperate with the examination of the patient;Patients with cerebral hemorrhage;Critically ill patients;
