Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with laryngeal cancer and underwent surgical treatment in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 3. Participate in this clinical study voluntarily, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and so on before the operation; 2. The researcher considered that there was any reason not to participate in the study.
