Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male/female >=18 years old, non-smoker, no systemic disease, Norland & Tarnow I/II gingival papillary defect at at least one site in the mouth, and sufficient keratinized gingiva (keratinized gingival width >=3mm) in adjacent teeth; 2) No inflammation, no marginal gingival recession, no hard tissue defect, PD<=3mm in the periodontal tissue in the treatment area; 3) There is no space between adjacent teeth, crowding, embedding/protruding, tilting or twisting teeth; 4) Patients with informed consent and voluntary treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have any systemic diseases, medications, allergies, smoking, etc. that can change the healing process; 2) During pregnancy or lactation; 3) The adjacent teeth of the gingival papilla defect site have labial recession; 4) There are wedge-shaped defects on the labial side and neck, poor restorations, caries and other unfavorable factors that promote plaque accumulation; 5) During orthodontic treatment; 6) There is interdental space, crowding, embedding/extruding, tilting or twisting teeth; 7) Those who cannot understand the research risks and benefits, have poor compliance, and poor oral hygiene control.
