Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with endometrial carcinoma confirmed by histology; 2. According to the preoperative pathological results and imaging (ultrasound / MRI) risk stratification, the risk groups were low risk/medium risk/medium high risk[ Patients with low-risk endometrial carcinoma stage I endometrioid carcinoma, grade 1-2, =50% myometrial invasion, Lvsi negative; patients with moderate and high-risk endometrial carcinoma: stage I endometrioid, grade 3, 3.0 x 10^9/L; 2) Platelet > 100 x 10^9/L; 3) Creatinine =18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pathological report of patients with any histology other than endometrial carcinoma (serous carcinoma, clear cell carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, or carcinosarcoma) 2. Patients with high-risk endometrial carcinoma (stage I endometrioid, grade 3, = 50% myometrial invasion; stage II / III endometrioid carcinoma) were found before the operation 3. Patients with enlarged pelvic or aortic lymph nodes (> 2cm) or positive lymph nodes by histology (CT scan, MRI, or pet CT scan) indicated metastasis 4. Patients with a history of pelvic or abdominal radiotherapy 5. Ultrasound showed that the maximum diameter of the uterus was greater than 12cm 6. Patients with contraindications to surgery or with severe systemic diseases (the specific situation is decided by the researcher) 7. The patient can't stand the lithotomy position for a long time 8. Patients with a poor compliance or long distance can not be fully followed up
