Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who need hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy due to various diseases; fully understand the content of this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, acute inflammation of the reproductive system (except for atrophic vaginitis), invasive cervical cancer, abnormal blood coagulation and other blood system diseases that affect blood clotting, serious cardiovascular and liver and kidney diseases, and other medical complications. Inability to tolerate hysteroscopy surgery, The body temperature exceeds 37.5 degree C twice.
