60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 60-75 years old; 2) The pathological or cytological diagnosis is colorectal cancer, and planed to undergo a radical laparoscopic surgery; 3) ASA disease classification II-III; 4) Life expectancy is greater than 3 months; 5) Research subjects understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) MMSE scale score is less than 24 points; 2) Suffering from a second primary tumor; 3) Combined with serious diseases, including severe liver and kidney damage, autoimmune diseases, immune deficiency, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases, blood diseases, etc.; 4) Patients with previous difficulties in laparoscopic surgery (such as severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute inflammatory bowel disease, obesity, etc.); 5) Poor control of diabetes and high blood pressure; 6) Poor compliance, difficult to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 7) Participate in other clinical studies in the last 3 months; 8) Situations that other researchers consider unsuitable to participate in the research.
