Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective laparoscopic intestinal resection was performed in 100 patients with colon cancer, aged >=65 years old, ASA grade I ~ III, preoperative MMSE score >=23.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative complicated with consciousness disorder or abnormal mental state, a history of substance abuse, alcohol abuse, and coagulation disorders
