Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteer to participate in the experiment, agree to abide by the rules of the experiment and sign informed consent; 2. Aged between 18 and 25 years with good general health; 3. Be able to participate in the experiment on time during the experiment; 4. There was no tilt or abnormal tooth development in the tested teeth and adjacent teeth. There was no pathological change of oral mucosa and periodontal tissue. There is no filling or caries on the tooth surface and root surface. Not wearing orthodontic appliance; No crown and fixed bridge repair; 5. No smoking or alcohol abuse.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a serious oral disease or chronic disease; 2. Having caries or oral mucosal lesion or obvious dental sensitivity; 3. Having allergic history to the test products; 4. Having acute periodontitis, periodontal abscess or severe periodontitis; having received periodontal therapy (including periodontal surgery) during past one year; 5. Currently using any drugs that may influence the study outcomes; using antibiotics or anti-coagulated agents one month prior to study participant; 6. Currently participating in other clinical trials or other similar trial studies.
