Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects in good condition (without cerebral injury, neurological or mental disorders; especially, Subjects under 56 years old with hypertension or diabetes should be excluded.); (2) Subjects with good ability of vision and hearing for taking neuropsychological tests. (3) Age between 18 and 80 years old; (4) Informed consent confirmed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Electronic implants: such as pacemaker, stimulator, insulin pump, cochlear implant, et al. (2) Metallic implants and prostheses: such as cardiac valve prostheses, aneurysm clip, et al. (3) Metallic implants, prostheses or metallic foreign bodies present in any parts of body; (4) Pregnant women or prepared to get pregnant in three months; (5) Critically ill patients with life support system required; (6) Subjects with epilepsy or related mental illness; (7) Subjects with claustrophobia; (8) Any other unaccommodated conditions diagnosed by clinical staff.
