18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. voluntarily participate in this study and sign the relevant informed consent form; 2. it has the indication of weight loss operation and intends to undergo laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy; 3. BMI >=30kg/m2; 4. ASA II-III; 5. Aged>=18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. complicated with any type of arrhythmia; 2. complicated with valvular heart disease; 3. complicated with renal insufficiency; 4. complicated with peripheral vascular diseases and contraindications of arterial catheterization; 5. mental disorders, poor communication and lack of cooperation.
