Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. moderate-to-severe facial acne vulgaris; 2. aged 18-60 years; 3. Without laser treatment contraindications; 4. Those who willingly accept treatment and cooperate with long-term follow-up; 5. Did not receive any treatment for acne in the past 3 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Be allergy to surface anesthesia drug; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. there are other basic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Patients whose family members do not agree with the operation; 5. Patients with a history of malignant tumor; 6. patients with hematopoietic or immune system diseases who cannot tolerate surgery.
