Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The plaque assay showed that the plaque rate of the whole mouth 6mm over 30%; 4. PD>5mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. General health is bad, uncontrolled diabetes, history of prophylactic use of antibiotics; 2. Bad compliance; 3. Patients smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day.
