Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 55 to 70 years; 2. undergoing elective thoracoscopic lung surgery and requiring one-lung ventilation; 3. expected operation time >=2 hours; 4. no history of bronchial asthma or airway hyperresponsiveness; 5. ASAI-II level; 6. No history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 7. Normal laboratory examination; 8. No contraindications to bronchial intubation; 9. Preoperative mini-mental state examination (mini-mental state examination, MMSE) score >=26 points. Volunteer to enter clinical trial research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. Pulmonary function test with moderate to severe lung ventilation and ventilation dysfunction; 4. History of thoracotomy; 5. Severe cognitive impairment, such as coma and dementia And history of schizophrenia; 6. Severe hypoxemia (SPO2<85%) occurred during the operation, and no improvement after observation for 3 minutes will be ruled out; 7. ASA III and above; 8. severe cerebrovascular disease; 9. bilateral Carotid artery stenosis and plaque.
