Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 100 elderly patients (age >=65 years old) who underwent painless gastroscopy were selected.No gender restriction;ASA I-II level; BMI 18.5-30.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Change of surgical mode;Having a severe allergic reaction.
