Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for screening tool validation: 1. resident in Kaifu district or Changsha County, changsha; 2. women accepted postpartum home visits by community maternal care professionals; 3. Aged 18 to 45 years. Inclusion criteria for DCE: 1. resident in Kaifu district or Changsha County, changsha; 2. women accepted postpartum home visits by community maternal care professionals; 3. EPDS score>=10.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for screening tool validation: 1. women unable to complete the questionnaire independently; 2. language barrier exist; 3. Women with other acute and chronic diseases who were unable to complete home visit. Exclusion criteria for DCE: 1. women unable to complete the questionnaire independently; 2. language barrier exist; 3. women diagnosed with postpartum depression; 4. Women with other acute and chronic diseases who were unable to complete home visit.
