Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: stage III KD diagnosed by imaging; neural compression due to the retropulsed posterior wall of the collapsed vertebral body rather than degenerative disc; bone mineral density examination suggesting severe osteoporosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: atients who unfit for surgery; tumors, infections and other factors leading to pathological vertebral fractures, younger than 60 years old.
