Chronic endometritis

Interventions

Experimental group:Oral antibiotics for 14 days (levofloxacin 0.5gqd + ornidazole 0.5gbid) + dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection 5ml intrauterine injection once every three days × 3 times
Control group:Oral antibiotics for 14 days (levofloxacin 0.5gqd + ornidazole 0.5gbid)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic endometritis in western medicine; 2. Aged 21 to 40 years; 3. Regular menstrual cycle (otherwise the balance cannot be guaranteed); 4. Sign informed consent; 5. Comply with ethical requirements and regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sexually transmitted diseases, infectious diseases; 2. Used immunomodulatory and immunosuppressive drugs in the past six months; 3. Pathogenesis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other autoimmune diseases; 4. Immunodeficiency patients; 5. Organic diseases such as thyroid, adrenal gland, pituitary gland and other endocrine diseases that affect pregnancy; 6. Severe intrauterine adhesions, mediastinal uterus, uterine fibroids that deform the uterine cavity, adenomyosis, uterine malignant tumors and other factors affecting growth; 7. Both sides have abnormal chromosomes, and after genetic consultation, it is believed that it will affect development and planting; 8. Patients with mental illness.
