18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Over 18 years old; 2) Rectal cancer ; 3) Robot assisted radical resection of rectal cancer under general anesthesia (Dixon or miles) 4) ASA I, II or III; 5) Agreed on informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Neuromuscular diseases; 2) Allergic to muscle relaxants, antagonists and drugs needed for general anesthesia and can not tolerate general anesthesia; 3) History of malignant hyperthermia; 4) Pregnant or lactating women; 5) Renal insufficiency, serum creatinine level more than 2 times the upper limit of normal, glomerular filtration rate (GFR 40 kg / m2; 11) Mental illness can not cooperate to complete this study.
