Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with primary congenital infant glaucoma at least one eye; 2. A history of failed filtered surgery; 3. IOP >21 mm Hg with maximally medications or progressive deterioration; 4. Aged 0-16 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients' legal guardians who are unwilling or unable to provide consent to participation in the study, who are unwilling to submit to the randomization process, or are unable to return for the scheduled protocol visits; 2. Any secondary glaucoma and coexisting ocular diseases: 3. Severe corneal cloudiness precluding anterior chamber visualization; 4. Failure to locate or dissect Schlemms canal by 180 degree; 5. Contraindications to anesthesia or surgery for ocular disease.
