Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >=18 years; (2) Clinical features suggestive of pemphigus vulgaris or pemphigus foliaceus; a histological image of intraepidermal acantholysis; and deposition of IgG, complement component 3, or both on the keratinocyte membrane detected by direct immunofluorescence; (3) A person who is diagnosed for the first time or whose disease is in the stage of disease control or consolidation and maintenance treatment. Disease control was defined as the cessation of new lesion formation and onset of healing of established lesions. Consolidation and maintenance treatment: There is no new blisters for at least 2 weeks, and 80% of the existing skin lesions have healed, and glucocorticoids begin to decrease at this time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) At the same time suffering from other diseases that need long-term maintenance treatment with glucocorticoids; (2) Pregnancy; (3) Patients with tumors.
