Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 13CUBT was positive, or HP was considered positive by gastroscopy and HP infection was detected by molecular diagnosis; 2. The patient has been previously diagnosed with atrophic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma, chronic gastritis with dyspepsia, or other related diseases requiring radical treatment of Hp; 3. Did not take antibiotics, bismuth agents or traditional Chinese medicines with antibacterial effect 4 weeks before the treatment, did not take acid suppressants or other gastric drugs 2 weeks before the treatment; 4. The use of aspirin, salvia miltiorrhiza and other blood-activating drugs has been discontinued for more than 1 week before gastroscopy; 5. Between the ages of 18 and 80 years; 6. Voluntary eradication of Hp treatment; 7. Informed consent, volunteer to participate in this study, and cooperate to complete the questionnaire survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to amoxicillin; 2. Patients with endoscopic examination or biopsy contraindications; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Suspected or definite history of alcohol and drug abuse.
