Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate under general anesthesia; 2. ASA Level I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of heart surgery; 2. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child-pugh grade >= 2); 3. Patients with severe renal impairment (KDIGO stage >= 2); 4. Patients with interstitial lung disease; 5. A BMI of 40 or more kg/m2; 6. Patients who developed pneumonia in the last 30 days; 7. LVEF 50% or less; 8. Combined with severe heart failure, arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, myocardial infarction, valvular disease, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and other cardiac function diseases.
