Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18years; 2. Cerebral hemorrhage in a patient without chronic pulmonary disease; 3. Intubated and mechanically ventilated =72h; 4. Be able to trigger almost every mechanical breath.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate or severe acute respiratory distress syndrome; 2. Required noninvasive ventilation at the time of screening; 3. be unable to breathe spontaneously; 4. Patients with oral, nasal, and esophageal diseases that cannot be implanted with a diaphragm electrical signal monitoring catheter; 5. pregnant; 6. Lack of informed consent; 7. Diagnosis of brain death Had body weight less than 35kg; 8. Had a poor short-term prognosis (as defined by a high risk of death within three months).
