20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic low back pain with neurological symptoms on lower extremity is not effective after more than 3 months of conservative treatment; 2. Imaging examination showed 1-2 degree spondylolisthesis instability with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis; 3. Symptoms, signs and imaging results are consistent; 4. Obtain the patient's informed consent for surgical treatment; 5. aged 20 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with mental disorders can not accept accurate assessment; 2. Insufficient cardiopulmonary function to tolerate general anesthesia.
