Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Permanent residents aged 14 years or above in urban communities in Beijing who having lived in Beijing for more than 6 months in the past 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental illness, dementia, unwillingness or inability to cooperate with investigators
