N:after consciousness disappeares during induction,the nasopharyngeal airway is inserted through the nasal cavity combined with mouth and other side of nasal cavity closed
M:after consciousness disappears during induction,mask ventilation was performed using EC technique

18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-55 years; ASA physical status I, II, with Mallampati classification I, II; BMI 18-25kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: difficult mask ventilation,previous history of nasal surgery,nasal deformity and habitual epistaxis,a history of cardiopulmonary and neurological diseases,abnormal lung function test
