Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obesity and hypertension were definitely diagnosed in our hospital, and the diagnostic criteria: (1) Patients with hypertension were definitely diagnosed; (2) BMI 30 kg/m2; 2. Regular follow-up visits in the department of Cardiology outpatient department after discharge. 5+2 patients in the group were strictly following the standard diet. The 5+2 light food diet standard is: choose 500 calories or 600 calories of food for two days in a week, the other five days do not seriously excessive diet can be.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete or missing clinical baseline data; 2. Other diseases affecting long-term prognosis (including severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic respiratory diseases, severe liver and kidney failure, malignant tumors, etc.).
