Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) newly diagnosis with oral cancer and treated with surgery; (2) 20-75 years of age; (3) able to and willing to participate in swallowing exercise training; (4) complete surgical treatment and able to take nutrition and hydration via oral; (5) water swallow tests level II to V prior to swallowing exercise training; (6) able to use the WeChat (have a platform to log in to WeChat, read and reply to content).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. oral cancer recurrence or having had distant metastasis; 2. prior treatment of surgery, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy; 3. previous medical history of stroke, cerebral medulla oblongata or oral trauma which may cause dysphagia; 4. missing follow-up or important data.
