Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Two hundred women, aged 25 to 38 years old, receiving IVF because of fallopian tube or semen factor. Embryo implantation failed at least two cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: endometrium thickness on progesterone conversion day <=7mm or more than 15mm; a history of endocrine or metabolic disorders, ovarian cystectomy, or pathology affecting the endometrial cavity and/or receptivity, Chromosomal abnormalities in at least one spouse and clinical and/or laboratory markers of hereditary or acquired thrombophilia and/or autoimmune disorders.
