Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Level I - II; 2. aged 20 to 60 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. serious restrictive lung disease history, history of need oxygen severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd) (GOLD grade III or IV level), there are serious or not control of bronchial asthma, preoperative pulmonary infection in a month, bronchiectasis, lung metastases, preoperative use of positive pressure ventilation (such as obstructive sleep apnea syndrome of continuous positive airway pressure (cpap), thoracic deformity and intrathoracic diseases (such as mediastinal tumor and breast cancer), oxygen oxygen saturation of 95% or less; 3. Severe neuromuscular disease; 4. NYHA grade III or IV severe heart disease or acute coronary syndrome; 5. Persistent ventricular tachyarrhythmia; Cirrhosis of the liver (Child B or C); 6. glaucoma; 7. Chronic kidney failure requiring dialysis; 8. hemoglobin is below 10g/dl; 9. A pacemaker or other active surgical implant is installed; 10. PEEP titration cannot tolerate airway peak pressure (Ppeak) >40cmH2O; 11. Patients who refuse or cannot provide informed consent.
