20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-40 years; Angle class I, II, or III; BMI range before and during treatment: BMI 18.5 to 24; Subjects voluntarily participated in this experiment and gave informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of severe maxillofacial asymmetry, open bite and deviation; history of trauma, surgery and orthodontic treatment; 2. developmental defects of the soft tissues of the maxillofacial region or soft tissue asymmetry of more than 5 mm; 3. orthognathic surgery; 4. the presence of missing teeth except for the third molars and premolars; 5. the presence of severe crowding of teeth and the need for orthodontic treatment by extraction with miniscrew anchorage; 6. moderate to severe periodontitis; 7. the presence of substantial lesions in jawbones; 8. temporomandibular joint disorder with significant clinical symptoms; 9. physical BMI out of range requirements before and during treatment; 10. facial plastic surgery-related treatment prior to and during the study; 11. subject required to withdraw from this study for other personal reasons.
