Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No previous experience in micromanipulation training; 2. Binocular corrected visual acuity >=1.0; 3. Normal binocular stereo vision.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot complete the practice and assessment of the entire research process; 2. Do not follow the research guidelines to conduct training and assessment at a predetermined time.
