18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ARDS patients meeting the Berlin diagnostic criteria; 2. The onset time of ARDS=16h; 4. Aged between 18 to 75 years old; 5. Patients or their family members signed the relevant informed consent form for this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have suffered pressure injuries when admitted; 2. Intracranial hypertension, recent maxillofacial/thoracic surgery, massive hemoptysis, spinal/pelvic instability, mean arterial pressure 24h; 6. Patients who have been clearly diagnosed with bullae, spontaneous pneumothorax, and COPD, and the cause of the patients airway obstruction is related; 7. Active bleeding in the respiratory tract.
