Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 85 years; 2. ASA level 1-3; 3. Transurethral resection of prostate under intraspinal anesthesia; 4. BMI > 18 Kg/m2 and < 30 Kg/m2; 5. Written informed consent provided by the patient or his/her family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Perioperative use of other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 2. Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency (echocardiogram: EF 1500 ml) Patients with low blood pressure (blood pressure lower than 90/60 mmmHg or MAP < 60 mmHg for more than 20 years) who need ICU treatment after surgery; 7. Patients with severe liver abnormalities (Pugh - C rating); 8. Patients have difficulty in visiting and Researchers withdrawing from septicemia, patients with septicemia or septicemia.
