Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral knee ACL injury diagnosed by MRI; 2. Ages 18 to 55 years with radiographic evidence of epiphyseal closure; 3. Small patients with 7.5mm graft diameter or normal patients with 8.0mm graft diameter; 4. Small body size, normal size, large size: according to the China children and teenagers growth curve, height and weight less than 18 years old when the 50th percentile of the height, weight and 0 times the standard deviation is defined as patients with small body size, there is a greater than 2 times the standard deviation of the height and weight at the age of 18 are defined as large size, somewhere in between are defined as normal size.Small size: Male patients, height 180cm or weight: > 85kg; Female patients, height > 172cm or weight <=69kg.This growth curve is representative of the country and has been widely used in clinical practice as a reference standard for the growth of Children and adolescents in China (Li Hui et al., a standardized growth curve for height and weight of children and adolescents aged 0-18 years in China.Chinese Journal of Pediatrics, 2009. 47(7): 487-492).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. X - ray suggested knee osteoarthritis; 2. Preoperative knee joint movement was limited; 3. Other history of knee surgery;Other ligament injuries of knee joint; 4. Meniscus transplantation and cartilage repair are required simultaneously.
