Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with healthy people without systemic diseases; 2. Patients with unilateral chronic low back pain have not exercised vigorously in the past month and actively cooperated to complete the entire clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-primary diseases, such as past traumatic fractures, lumbar spine tumors, etc. 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Combined with important system dysfunction, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and other chronic diseases; 4. Skin damage , Ulceration, local infection, etc.; 5. Patients who participated in strenuous exercise in the past month; 6. Have a history of lumbar spine surgery.
