Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 90 years old; 2. If they are women in childbearing period, they should contraception at least one month before screening, and promise to take contraception during the whole study period and continue to the specified time after the end of the study; 3. Within 72 hours after onset of the disease; 4. The diagnosis of acute pancreatitis was consistent with the following 2 items; (1) Abdominal pain: acute attack of persistent, severe abdominal pain, often radiated to the back; (2) Serum lipase activity (or amylase) was at least 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal value; (3) CT or MRI showed the characteristic changes of acute pancreatitis. 5. All the patients signed the informed consent of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. More than 72 hours of onset; 3. Severe chronic failure of heart, liver, lung, kidney and blood system existed before admission; 4. Cancer without cure; 5. Autoimmune disease or immunosuppression (previous solid organ or bone marrow transplantation, AIDS, long-term use of immunosuppressants or hormones, etc.); 6. Use of other trial drugs within the time frame of this study; 7. Patients and their families refused to sign informed consent.
