30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study was approved by the Shandong University; Lung cancer patients undergoing elective lobectomy Informed Consent is signed by the patient or family member; Ages 30 to 75 years; ASA grade I~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of severe hypertension or heart disease, acute or chronic airway inflammation, immune system disease, diabetes, presence of severe liver and kidney dysfunction, distant organ metastasis, recent use of sedatives or analgesics, perioperative blood transfusion, previous history of thoracic surgery, recent history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, intraoperative conversion to open surgery, failure to complete intraoperative data collection and postoperative follow-up.
