Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected patients hospitalized in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021, meeting the diagnostic criteria of COPD in the Guidelines for The Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2019 revision); 2. Aged from 35 to 75; 3. Ability to withstand tracheal examination; 4. Patients who are not associated with pulmonary infection, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, lung tumor and other pulmonary infectious diseases; 5. Patients without heart, brain, kidney and other serious diseases; 6. Patients without azithromycin allergy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, renal insufficiency, and abnormal electrocardiogram; 2. Patients with mental illness; 3. Patients who received antibiotics within 6 weeks before admission; 4. Long-term oral hormone patients; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate with tracheoscopy or take azithromycin; 6. Exclude patients with other systemic diseases and malignant tumors.
