Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed an informed consent form; 2. Histopathological examination confirmed non-small cell lung cancer,EGFR mutation or ALK gene rearrangement was negative; 3. The subjects had not previously received systemic chemotherapy for advanced / metastatic NSCLC, chemotherapy and / or radiotherapy are allowed as part of neoadjuvant / adjuvant therapy; 4. Aged >=18 years old; 5. The researchers determined that patients could be treated with carrizumab combined with pemetrexed and platinum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who also received other immune drugs or therapies; 2. Patients who are participating in other intervention studies; 3. Patients with other malignant tumors at the same time; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Any other situation in which the investigator considered that the patient was not suitable to participate in the study.
