Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their guardians voluntarily participated in the trial and signed informed consent; 2. The age ranged from 1 to 14 years old; 3. Renal or ureteral calculi with definite imaging diagnosis; 4. Patients after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy or ureteroscopic lithotripsy; 5. The diameter of untreated upper urinary tract stones <6 mm; 6. There was no obstruction of the urinary tract below the stone, or the stone did not cause complete obstruction of the urinary tract; 7. Normal renal function: normal range of serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen; 8. No urinary system malformation: horseshoe kidney, solitary kidney, duplication of kidney, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe heart and lung dysfunction, important organ failure or bleeding / coagulation abnormalities, they could not tolerate extracorporeal physical lithotripsy; 2. Urinary malformation, ureteral stricture or obstruction; 3. The patients were complicated with uncontrolled urinary tract infection; 4. Combined with severe hydronephrosis, urinary tract malformation.
