Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient must be at least 18 years old; (2) Having glaucoma and requiring trabeculectomy, the glaucoma specialist shall decide whether surgery is necessary; (3) No limitation on gender; (4) Voluntary investigation, no communication barriers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclude patients with severe systemic diseases (such as sequelae of serious cerebrovascular accidents caused by cancer, vital organ failure, etc.); (2) Exclude any disease affecting the stability of tear film, including systemic diseases such as Sjogren's syndrome; (3) Exclude patients with other ocular surface diseases such as allergic bacterial virus; (4) Exclude patients with other eye diseases (except cataract) that affect visual function; (5) Patients with a history of eye surgery 1 year before trabeculectomy were excluded
