18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed as primary hepatocellular carcinoma by clinical, imaging or pathology and cannot be surgically resected, and receive DEB-TACE treatment according to the diagnostic criteria of the National Health and Family Planning Commission's "Primary Liver Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Specifications (2019 Edition)"; 2. The tumor is single with a diameter of >5cm, or the tumor is multiple with a total diameter of >5cm; 3. The tumor staging is "Primary Liver Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2019 Edition)" liver cancer staging stage Ib-IIb; 4. No vascular invasion and remote Metastasis; 5. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 6. Child-pugh classification of liver function is A and B. This study was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital, and all patients signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe liver, kidney, and heart function abnormalities, and cannot tolerate DEB-TACE surgery; 2. Patients who are expected to be difficult to follow up normally.
